How many points do you earn?
Regular-price items

Sale items

Example: an order of €1,000
You now earn points worth €20 (€10 without the double points promotion).
On your next order, also €1,000, we deduct them: you pay €980.
If you have been collecting for a while, the maximum deduction is 20% of the order total – points worth €200 on a €1,000 order.

What is a point worth?
Points have a fixed value in euros – no conversion factor and no minimum amount to redeem. You can see your current balance in your account.
How long can I use my points?
180 days from the date they are credited. After that they expire, so it is best to use them on your next purchase.
What if I do not want to use them now?
Deduction is automatic by default. To keep collecting, untick the box when choosing your payment method and your points will remain.
Does it apply to business purchases?
Yes, if you order from a registered account and are not in a customer group with an individual discount. The two cannot be combined.
When are the points credited?
After your order is completed. You can check your current balance in your account at any time.
