Serial or parallel connections are possible. When connected in parallel, it is necessary to adjust the resistance between the individual branches so that all pyrotechnic compressed gas generators receive the current necessary for 100% ignition.

If several compressed gas generators are connected to the ignition device, current is required for safe ignition 1A for a period of at least 4 ms.

It is recommended that no more than seven pyrotechnic compressed gas generators be connected in series.

In individual cases, the correct starting of a pyrotechnic compressed gas generator does not lead to complete destruction of the fuse. In such cases, it is still possible to measure the resistance on the compressed gas generator.
